No. You can book directly with a physiotherapist for an accident-related injury. Your physiotherapist can assess your injury and lodge a claim where appropriate. ACC confirms that treatment providers can make a claim on your behalf after you seek treatment.

Please bring any ACC claim number if you already have one, along with any medical notes, imaging reports, referral letters or information about how the injury happened. Please also bring appropriate clothing for a physiotherapy assessment and any water / medication as needed

Yes. We provide private physiotherapy appointments for injuries, pain and movement problems that are not covered by ACC.

This depends on your injury, symptoms, goals and how long the problem has been present. Your physiotherapist will discuss a treatment plan with you after your first assessment.

No. Dry needling is used by physiotherapists to target muscles and trigger points as part of injury treatment and rehabilitation.

Yes. Our treatment areas have curtains to provide visual privacy during your appointment. Please note that curtains may not provide full audio privacy. If you require a fully private space or would prefer additional audio privacy, please let us know when booking or before your appointment, and we will do our best to make suitable arrangements.
